As a user, you may access the website to learn about courses, new batches, upcoming batches, and registration details. You can review the content available on the website. Upon course completion, we may remove your access to the dashboard.

3. Eligibility and Privacy

EIGO KAIZEN services are available only to individuals aged 18 and above. Individuals under 18 can use our services with parental or school supervision. Parents or schools are solely responsible for their children’s activities on our platform. Providing personal data is mandatory to use our services. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle and secure your data. By registering, you agree not to provide false information regarding your personal details.

4. Payment and Refund

Payments can be made via net banking, account transfer, or bank transfer with proof of payment (e.g., screenshot or photograph of the payslip). Upon payment confirmation, we will share your login credentials. If you fail to attend classes, fees are non-refundable. It is the student’s responsibility to attend classes. If a teacher misses a lesson, make-up classes will be provided. No refunds are issued if you are dissatisfied with the service or for any other personal reason.

5. Account Information

To use our services, you must register by providing personal information. You will receive details about class schedules and demo classes via email. For regular classes, you will receive dashboard login credentials. You may not create multiple accounts for the same course, share your login credentials, or transfer your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for inappropriate use of the website.

6. Service Misuse

EIGO KAIZEN acts as a mediator between students and teachers. Contact details of teachers are not provided to students, and vice versa. The services are intended solely for learning purposes. Misuse of the platform is prohibited.

7. Alerts/Notifications/Calls

Communication between registered users and EIGO KAIZEN will be via email, messages, calls, or third-party alerts. You agree to provide an active email address and phone number for notifications. You are responsible for checking emails and attending calls. You may unsubscribe from notifications on the website or by contacting our support team.

8. Termination

Users may be banned for violating terms and conditions, providing false information, or engaging in fee-related deception. EIGO KAIZEN reserves the right to terminate users found misleading us, barring them from future registration.

9. Copyright

All content on the website, including data, images, and links, is the property of EIGO KAIZEN and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized use of content is prohibited. Violation of these rules will result in service termination and legal action.

10. Access to the Website

12. Dispute Resolution

Disputes related to classes, course duration, fees, teachers, etc., will be resolved by EIGO KAIZEN. In case of disputes, only the appropriate courts in Nagpur, India, will have exclusive jurisdiction. Other locations may be decided by OCCD Pvt. Ltd, India.
