Eigo Kaizen was established by OCCDesign Co., Ltd., a recruitment company in Japan dedicated to supporting people’s aspirations. Recognizing the high costs associated with quality English education, we launched Eigo Kaizen to make English language training accessible and affordable for everyone—children and adults alike. Our mission is to provide top-quality language education without financial burden, ensuring that learners at all levels can confidently acquire the skills they need.

In response to the challenges of the pandemic, OCCDesign Co., Ltd. also initiated affordable online Japanese classes for foreigners at just 500 yen per hour. This effort not only made Japanese learning more accessible but also provided valuable teaching opportunities for Japanese language instructors, many of whom faced employment difficulties. We are proud to have supported the community in this way, creating a space where teachers could continue sharing their expertise and connecting with students from diverse backgrounds.
